Tim Tebow's Super Bowl Ad

I find it very interesting that groups that support a woman's right to choose are so opposed to CBS airing an ad that tells the story of one woman who made a choice. Are these groups only supportive of a woman's right to choose abortion, but dismissive when the choice is something else? Is their argument so weak that it is threatened by Mrs. Tebow's choice?
